Grant Nelson, President and Co-Founder
of WCAHA, has been involved in West Chester Borough most
of his life. For the past 25 years, he has managed real estate
for several local condominiums and apartment complexes. He
handles accounting and financial affairs as well as meeting
the daily needs of renters, students and members of the West
Chester community. Grant is a member of The Knights of Columbus,
The West Chester Rotary Club, a member of The Institute of
Management Accountants, and a Board member of PROA (Pennsylvania
Residential Owner's Association).
V.P. TREASURER
David
Marshall graduated in '91 from Penn State University
with a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis and received
an MBA from Lehigh University in '95. He locates, acquires,
and manages properties in Chester County including; West
Chester, Downingtown and Phoenixville. After almost 10
years of consulting in the computer industry, he has taken
on real estate investing as a full time venture. Dave lives
in East Bradford with his wife Whitney and their son Graham.
Whitney owns and operates one of West Chester's finest
retail stores Ashley & Whitney.
ASSISTANT TREASURER
Bob Kappe, graduated from Malvern Preparatory
School in 1970. He formerly owned and managed the well
recognized D-K Diner in West Chester. Starting his real
estate career in the mid-70's, he has sold his portfolio
of West Chester based properties and has diversified into
condo conversions in New Jersey; developer participation
projects, and international investments. Bob is also a
dedicated hunter and conservationist, and enjoys spending
time in the outdoors in remote destinations.

Hank Hamilton: One month after graduating
from college, Hank purchased his first investment real
estate in West Chester. Twenty-eight years later, he is
still a borough resident and a landlord with 30 units in
the Borough. During the day, Hank is the president, and
one of the owners, of the Dane Decor furniture store chain.
Hank is the secretary of WCAHA, the vice-chair of the Downingtown
Main Street Association and the chair of the streetscape committee
which oversees the redevelopment the business district in Downingtown.
In 2001, Hank was chosen as the Citizen of the Year by the Downingtown
Chamber of Commerce for his work on the borough's streetscape.
Hank lives with his wife, Donna, a professor at West Chester University.
Jason
Griggs, Director, graduated from Wilkes University
in 1990 with a BS in Marketing. He purchased his first
real estate investment in 1993 in Pottstown. While working
in the waste industry, he began purchasing real estate
in Ocean City N.J., then in 1997 he began a full time
business managing his properties. In the year 2000 he
purchased his first rental property in West Chester and
started Semper Property Management Corp. For 2 years
he has chaired the Limerick Township Planning Commision
and is involved with the Wilkes University Alumni Association.
He has great support at home by his wife Tamara and 3
children.

O'Connell, Director, Director of First Resouce
Bank, Managing Partner of West Chester Off Campus Housing
LLC
Mr. O'Connell's career has taken him to The Nestle Company
in various roles in the product sales group, Burger King
Corporation as Director of Markieting in the Mid-Atlantic
Region, Girard Bank as Director of Sales/Promotion, and
Vice President of Sales for both Carlton Importing Company
and Labatt's USA. In more recent years, Mr. O'Connell
held the position of President of Renewable Energy Development
Corporation. He presently serves as managing Partner
of West Chester Off Campus Housing LLC, an owner and
manager of student rental properties in the West Chester
Area.
Mr. O'Connell graduated from ST. Joseph's University
with a BS in Business Administration. he holds a MBA
from Pace University and has completed the Advanced Management
Program at Harvard University.
Mr. O'Connell is a member of the Board of Directors of
the West Chester Apartment Housing Association.
Bill Wilson, Jr., Director, with nearly
two decades with commercial real estate experience, Mr.
Wilson has leased over 2,750,000 square feet of office
and industrial space, totaling over $250 million aggregate
value.
Currently Bill is a Senior Associate with Liberman Earley
and Company representing tenants, owners and investors
with their commercial real estate requirements. Most recently,
Mr. Wilson was the regional leasing director for Brandywine
Realty Trust.
Mr. Wilson owns, manages and leases 87 apartment units
and has acted as general contractor for renovations totaling
over $900,000. He is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate
broker, president of Commercial Industrial Investment Council
of Chester County, a board member of Chester County Development
Council, and Chester County Public Safety Training Foundation.
Bill holds a B.S. majoring in finance and accounting from
Penn State and a post baccalaureate in commercial real
estate development from University of California Irvine
